1. Refunds:
1.1. Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a service has been provided, the payment made for that service is non-refundable.
1.2. Products: If you have purchased a product from our clinic and are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
2. Cancellations:
2.1. Services: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2.2. Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel a service that requires a deposit, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
2.3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend an appointment without prior notice), we reserve the right to charge a fee or require a prepayment for future appointments.
3. Exceptions:
3.1. Medical Emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or refunding the service.
3.2. Technician Unavailability: In rare instances, there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent our technicians from providing the scheduled service. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
